2.Products Sold
The products available on www.conutache.ro are sold to both individual and corporate customers, subject to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and stock availability.
The availability status of products displayed on the website is informative and estimated. Labels such as “In Stock” or similar do not create an obligation for the seller. The possibility of fulfilling an order at the listed price depends on stock availability at the time of order verification. Orders placed online will be processed within 1-5 business days.
Product listings on the website, including availability and pricing, are invitations to treat and not binding offers. A contract is only concluded when the seller sends an order confirmation to the buyer.
All product images on the website are for presentation purposes and may vary depending on stock and product characteristics. Prices are displayed in RON (EUR equivalent) and do not include delivery costs, which are added to the total order amount.
If a pricing error occurs, customers will be contacted to confirm their order at the correct price or cancel it. The seller is not obligated to honor orders placed at incorrectly displayed prices that are clearly inconsistent with the usual price range.
Prices may change at any time, except for confirmed orders. Price negotiations are possible for bulk purchases or under specific conditions agreed upon by both parties.
3.Placing an Order
Customers can place orders online in two ways:
3.1 Registered Account Orders
To place an order, customers must create an account on www.conutache.ro by filling out a registration form and providing a valid email address. A confirmation email will be sent, and once the account is activated, users can select products and proceed with their order.
Customers must verify order details in the confirmation email and notify any errors before processing begins. Changes after confirmation are subject to seller approval.
3.2 Guest Checkout
Customers can also place orders without registering by providing necessary billing and delivery details at checkout. A valid email address is required for order confirmation.
For modifications or errors, customers should contact the seller before shipment. Orders will be processed based on the initial information provided.
3.3 Offline Orders
Orders can be placed by phone using the contact number provided on the website. However, such orders are not binding unless confirmed in writing by the seller. Customers must verify the order confirmation email and report any discrepancies.
4.Payment Methods
Orders placed on www.conutache.ro can be paid via:
a) Online payment through authorized processors (Stripe) b) Cash on delivery c) Bank transfer – Payment must be made in advance, and the order will only be processed once payment is confirmed. If payment is not received within 2 days, the order may be suspended.
5.Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer within 7 business days from order confirmation for in-stock products. For international orders, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Special delivery arrangements can be made upon agreement. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders within Romania are delivered via courier services or other preferred methods at the buyer’s risk.
For any non-conformities upon delivery, customers should report issues in writing to the courier and to office@cnciasi.ro.
If a product arrives damaged, customers should return it without using it, keeping all labels intact. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the delivery receipt is signed.
6.Consumer Rights
These provisions apply exclusively to purchases made by individual consumers.
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without penalties or justification.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and returns are processed at the buyer’s risk until received by the seller. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product, provided all return conditions are met.
Perishable goods and personalized orders cannot be returned.
7.Personal Data Protection
www.conutache.ro processes personal data in compliance with Romanian and EU regulations. Data is used for order processing, marketing, and customer service.
Personal data may be shared with partners for marketing or promotional purposes, ensuring compliance with data protection laws. Authorities may access personal data when legally required.
