Return Policy
At Casa de Negustori Copou SRL, we comply with national and European consumer protection regulations, including those related to the right of return. Our policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and high-quality service.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed into national legislation through OUG No. 34/2014), customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the products, without providing any justification.
Exceptions:
Returns are not possible for perishable goods, including food products (such as mustard), as stated in Article 16 (d) and (e) of OUG No. 34/2014. These items cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, due to food safety and hygiene regulations.
2. General Conditions for Returns
- Returned products must be in the same condition as received: unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on the seller’s part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
- If a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced or fully refunded.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Prepare the Products
- Ensure that the products are properly packed to prevent damage during transport.
- Ship the Return
- Send the package to:

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date we receive the returned package.
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
5. Responsibilities of the Parties

- Promptly notifying the seller of any issues related to the received order.
Seller Responsibilities:
- Providing clear information about the return policy before the order is placed.
- Inspecting returned products and processing refunds within the specified timeframe.
