- 150 ml freshly boiled water
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey or brown sugar

Preparation method:
Grinding the Seeds: Grind the mustard seeds, but leave them slightly coarse for a more robust texture.
